Rachael Abramoff (Maternity Leave)
Pastor of Worship Ministries
Rachael is passionate about the way music crosses all borders and connects the unlikeliest of strangers. She loves music from many different cultures, contemporary and traditional music styles. Her favourite thing to do is jam or sing songs around a campfire. Rachael holds a Masters in Music from the University of Colorado and has been playing professionally as a classical, jazz and folk musician for the last 15 years. Having roots in Chilliwack, B.C, Rachael, her husband Mikeal and their three kids, feel blessed to be surrounded by beautiful mountains.

Kira Baarda
Office Administrator
Kira has lived in Chilliwack almost her whole life, and grew up attending Greendale M.B. She is married to Kevin, and they have two (almost) grown children, Isabelle and Owen. In her free time, Kira enjoys kayaking, paddleboarding, hiking and finding new places to explore with her family. They love living by the Vedder River and you might see them out biking or walking the rotary trail with their two rambunctious pups, Charlie and Coconut.

Natalie Evans
Pastor of Youth Ministries
Natalie grew up in the beautiful Shuswap interior of British Columbia with her mom, dad, and three sisters who happen to also be her best friends. She got to experience firsthand the way Jesus' love changes lives and decided a few years post High School graduation that she wanted to be a part of that change through youth ministry. Natalie is passionate about leading and raising up the next generation of leaders in the church to love and serve like Jesus. In April 2022, Natalie graduated Columbia Bible College with her Bachelors in Practical Theology with a Major in Youth Work. In her free time, Natalie likes to be creative, be with family and friends with a cup of joe in hand, and hangout with her cat, Pudge.

Greg Johnston
Facilities Coordinator
Greg and his wife Kerrie have lived in Chilliwack for the past 20 years. They have one son, Myles who is attending University of the Fraser Valley. Greg began this work opportunity at SCC in Aug 2019. Greg likes to spend time at home, where he attends to his yard and gardens. He also spends time visiting and helping his parents.

Andrew Kowan
Lead Pastor
Andrew is married to Victoria, and together they have three children Ella, Sofie, and James. Andrew enjoys making pour over coffee for folks , spending time outdoors out on the water or on a hike, and knocking a ball around the soccer pitch. While studying Chemistry at Trinity Western University and then a Master's of Divinity at Regent College, Andrew has spent a great deal of time in the countries of Thailand and Myanmar learning from and advocating for refugees.

Kim Reinhardt
Pastor of Children's Ministries
Kim and her husband, Dale, have four amazing kids; three daughters and a son-in-law. Kim enjoys the thrill of roller coasters and eating popcorn. In her spare time, when she’s not biking or playing games with her family, you can probably find her defeating a puzzle or humming along to any random song. She received her Bachelor of Arts and Religion at Hillcrest Christian College. She loves hanging out with kids and seeing them grow closer to Jesus.

Brianne Wiebe
Interim Pastor of Worship Ministries
Brianne has been worship leading as a volunteer for 15 years and is excited to be taking the next step into pastoral ministry for this interim position! In addition to singing, Brianne enjoys crafts, puzzles, nature walks, and swimming in the lake on a hot day. She grew up in Saskatoon, SK, but moved to the Lower Mainland to attend Trinity Western University, where she attained a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies. Brianne is married to Noah and they have 2 young boys, Simeon and Jairus.
